4-star/5-star matches with dubious finishes

Are there any other matches you can think of that were ****+ in spite of ending in a disqualification. countout, or other such madness?

​Sure, the two Luger-Flair PPV mains in 1990 just off the top of my head, both of which were ****1/2 matches that ended in a countout and a DQ respectively. They had booked themselves into a corner in both cases so I could actually understand why they did it. Luger-Steamboat at Bash 89 was a near-***** match that ended in a DQ, but it made sense for the story of the match. ​There’s many more, I’m sure.
