Oh, TAG..

I was attempting to explain to my 13 year old son the origins of "oh, TAG". Obviously I was very disappointed to not be able to just search "Lita Oh Tag" on YouTube. Links? Anyone?
Pretty sure it was 2004 or so, but beyond that I'm pretty foggy on the origins.
