Jack Tunney

Quick question: does Jack Tunney deserve to be in the WWE Hall of Fame? Besides being a decent promoter in his own right, he was the pioneer of the WWF Authority Figure, and held that fictional post longer than anybody else in WWE history.

If James Dudley gets in, shouldn't Jack Tunney have a legit claim as well?
I would prefer to think that the next time someone unwarranted gets into the Hall, Tunney will show up and overturn the decision. But yes, Tunney is certainly as qualified as anyone else to be in the Hall, especially since he pioneered the "Jack Tunney figurehead" trope to begin with. More importantly, does he warrant inclusion in the WON Hall of Fame?
