Roman Reigns Match To Be Added To WWE Crown Jewel

Roman Reigns is reportedly set to be added to the card for WWE Crown Jewel.

On October 11th, WWE will host Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia, for the first time. The card is already stacked with headline Champion vs. Champion matches. These will see Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes face off against World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, and Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer take on WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.

Elsewhere on the card, John Cena will revisit his series of acclaimed matches against AJ Styles when he battles The Phenomenal One for the final time before his retirement in December. Meanwhile, IYO SKY will attempt to get some revenge on former allies when she teams up with Rhea Ripley to take on Asuka and Kairi Sane.

Now, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has reported that one more match will be added to the card, citing an internal lineup sheet that shows Roman Reigns will face Bronson Reed on the show. Meltzer also noted that there is a “stipulation to be determined” for the bout.

The last time the pair got in the ring, Reigns won the battle, but lost the war, as Bron Breakker helped Reed put The Tribal Chief out of commission at Clash in Paris after Reigns defeated the Australian star.

Reigns picked up where he left off when he returned on the September 29th edition of Raw, helping The Usos fend off an assault by Reed and Breakker.

Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed will round out the card to five matches, which has become the norm for WWE in recent months. You can see the full confirmed card below:
