Raja Jackson Arrested on Assault Charge, Facing Felony Count

Raja Jackson, the son of former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rampage Jackson, has been arrested for assault in connection with an incident involving independent wrestler Syko Stu.

It has been reported by TMZ that Raja Jackson was arrested yesterday morning and is currently in jail with a $50,000 bond set. Raja has reportedly been charged with a felony, but it is not known which enforcement agency brought about the charge. However, the Los Angeles Police Department were investigating the incident after it took place on August 23.

The incident in question saw Raja enter the ring at a KnokX Pro Wrestling show in California, and after an altercation earlier in the night between Raja and Syko Stu, a spot was planned where Raja would enter the ring during Stu’s match where Raja would enter the ring to take out Stu.

But Raja, after slamming Stu so hard to the canvas and he was rendered unconscious, proceeded to deliver multiple unprotected punches to Stu’s face, which left Stu in a coma and led to him having facial injuries such as trauma to his jaw, a laceration to his upper lip, a fracture to his maxilla bone, and losing several teeth.

Has Syko Stu Recovered From The Assault By Raja Jackson?

Syko Stu woke up from his coma following the assault by Raja Jackson and was released from the hospital on August 31. In a post on his Facebook page that day was said he was at home and resting.

A GoFundMe page was set up to help with Stu’s medical costs, and the page raised over $220,000 to help pay for his medical bills and to provide him support due to his loss of income while he recovers. Donations to the page came from notable names such as Chris Jericho and Mr Beast.
