Karrion Kross Removed From WWE’s Active Roster As Another Star’s Contract Expires

Amidst news of Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s contracts expiring, they have both been moved to the alumni section of WWE’s website, and another star has left the company as their contract has also expired.

On WWE.com, Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s pages were moved from the company’s active roster to the alumni section, as it was reported that their contracts were expiring on August 10. Kross spoke about the situation in a documentary on his YouTube channel about how he expressed his interest in negotiating a new deal in early January, but he never got a response until recently, and the conversation he had didn’t seem like a serious offer.

Following the documentary, both Scarlett and Kross posted to social media stating that they will be accepting bookings following their WWE departure. Kross last wrestled on SummerSlam Saturday in a singles match against Sami Zayn.

Besides Karrion Kross and Scarlett, Ashante “Thee” Adonis announced that he had also departed the company yesterday after his contract expired and was not renewed. Adonis posted the news on Twitter, thanking the company for the opportunities he’s had in his six years with the promotion. Adonis joined WWE in 2019 and was released in 2021 before being re-signed in 2022.
