AEW’s Queen Aminata Stranded In UK Following Forbidden Door

AEW star Queen Aminata is stuck in the UK after competing on the Forbidden Door 2025 pre-show.

Aminata posted a video on Instagram yesterday explaining that she is still in the UK following her bout at Forbidden Door and won’t be able to return to the US until later this week. This comes not long after Drew McIntyre was stranded in the UK after attending a friend’s wedding, as he didn’t have his US passport with him when he travelled.

Aminata said that the reason she is unable to fly home is that her backpack was stolen, which contained her debit card, credit card, driver’s license, US passport, glasses, medication, and charger. She was able to laugh the situation off by jokingly saying that the reason her backpack was stolen was that the people of the UK want her to stay, and that she is fine with it all and that everything happens for a reason.

Who Did Queen Aminata Face At AEW Forbidden Door 2025?

Queen Aminata competed in an eight-woman tag team match on the Forbidden Door pre-show, teaming with Harley Cameron, Kris Statlander, and Willow Nightingale in a losing effort against Megan Bayne, Julia Hart, Skye Blue, and Thekla.

The day before Forbidden Door, Aminata also competed on an EVE show in London, where she defeated Anita Vaughan.
