Evening Daily News Update – October 6, 2026

Good evening doomers, and welcome to your Evening Daily News Update for Tuesday, October 6th, 2026. Last night, Rinehart’s Tampa Bay Rays took a commanding 2-0 series lead over Chefazzy’s New York Errors, and Thomas Hall not only suffered a Cleveland Guardians choke job, but a special edition of ROH on YouTube! The Lord works in mysterious ways. Tonight, we continue with Games 3 of the NLDS (Brewers head to San Diego up 2-0 while Atlanta hosts LAD with a 1-1 split in the City of Angels), and of course, WWE NXT.

I missed out on last night’s Raw, but thank goodness for Kat’s Raw Rewind, allowing me to keep up with all the important (and not so important) stuff!

WWE NXT Preview:
Tonight, NXT comes to us from their usual home of the Performance Center with a Battle Royal to determine Kelani Jordan’s opponent for Halloween Havoc, including representatives from TNA, the #2 promotion in the United States. Arianna Grace, Layla Diggs, Indi Hartwell, Xia Brookside, M by Elegance, Heather by Elegance, Ivy Nile, Kiana James, Lady Shani, Adelicious, Lizzy Rain, Thea Hail, Skylar Raye, Zaria, Izzi Dame, Kali Armstrong, Reina Volcan, Nikkita Lyons, Chantel Monroe, and La Catalina will rumble for the right for that title shot.

Also, in Dusty Rhodes Classic Action, the Tokyo Bad Boys battle Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux, while Hank ‘n’ Tank face the duo of Shido Ash and Viktor Zanov. We’ll also see Shiloh Hill go one-on-one with Naraku (EEEEEEEEEVIL~!) and Zilla Fatu takes on Lexi King.
