Danhausen Eyes UK Prime Minister Role

Another one for us here in the UK. Yesterday, Keir Starmer resigned as Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party, and on last night’s episode of WWE Raw in London, Danhausen was confronted by Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh over money he had previously accepted to place a curse on Oba Femi. Danhausen claimed he had already spent the cash on equipment for his experiments, and when McDonagh tried to steal Danhausen’s “equipment”, he got electrocuted by the machinery. Later, addressing the crowd at the O2 Arena, Danhausen quipped that he needed a new job and suggested he could fill the reported vacancy at 10 Downing Street, drawing a positive response from the London audience.

Joe Doering Entering Hospice Care

Former TNA star Joe Doering is set to enter hospice care as he continues his third battle with brain cancer. The update was shared by his sister-in-law, Mandy Banh, on Doering’s GoFundMe page, where she asked fans to keep him in their thoughts and prayers. Doering, 44, was first diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2016 and underwent additional surgery after the cancer returned in 2022. Last year, it was revealed that he was battling a third tumour, with complications from previous surgery significantly affecting his mobility. Despite those challenges, Banh said Doering has remained positive and determined throughout his fight.

Mick Foley Will Miss AEW Forbidden Door Due To Prior Booking

Mick Foley will not appear at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on June 28 due to a prior booking commitment. According to Dave Meltzer, Foley is scheduled for a comedy show in Seabrook, New Hampshire, on the same date and has been unable to reschedule despite trying. The WWE Hall of Famer, who recently signed with AEW, has reportedly cleared the rest of his schedule after Forbidden Door, making him available for AEW television and pay-per-view appearances through September and into the latter part of the year. Meltzer also noted that Foley has described 2026 as the busiest year of his wrestling career and that he had already committed much of his schedule before joining AEW.
