The report states there is significant support within WWE for Gable to be prominently featured at the two-night event in Minneapolis, Minnesota, his hometown. WWE has reportedly made several creative changes to the SmackDown women’s division following Rhea Ripley’s knee injury. According to WrestleVotes, plans leading into Night of Champions have been adjusted amid expectations that the WWE Women’s Champion could be sidelined for an indefinite period. Joe Hendry Comments On Recent WWE TV Absence
Joe Hendry has addressed his recent absence from WWE television, joking that Austin Theory is responsible. Speaking with the Toronto Sun, Hendry referenced the storyline attack he suffered on the May 25 episode of Raw, when Theory assaulted him with a steel chair on behalf of Logan Paul and Paul Heyman. Hendry said he is currently “healing up” from the attack, which served as the storyline explanation for his disappearance from WWE programming. No timetable has been announced for his return.
TNA Looking To Make OVW Its New Developmental System
