Evening Daily News Update: May 24, 2026 – Double or Nothing Edition

Good evening, Doomsters!

Tonight, AEW presents Double or Nothing at 8 p.m. ET on pay-per-view with the Buy In preshow at 7 p.m. ET on HBO Max and YouTube. The Buy In brings us the AEW debut of Mick Foley and twenty people in one hour of matches. The main card features Darby Allin vs MJF for the AEW World Title. Can MJF take advantage of Darby wearing himself down defending his title on every show or will we have another bald AEW wrestler? Thekla defends her title in a four-way, the Owen Hart tournaments continue, Stadium Stampede brawls all over the place, and plenty of other stuff is also on deck. Scott Keith will have a Rant on the show to come.

Niz continues to be the MVP of Blog of Doom. He reviewed last night’s Saturday Night’s Main Event and, as always, did a great job.
