Brock Lesnar Reportedly Still Internally Listed As Active Performer In WWE
Brock Lesnar may not be fully retired after all, despite being moved to WWE’s alumni section following WrestleMania 42. According to PWInsider, Lesnar is still internally listed by WWE as an active performer and currently classified as a free agent rather than a member of Raw or SmackDown. The report has reignited speculation that Lesnar could return for another match, potentially at SummerSlam in Minneapolis later this year. Lesnar appeared to retire after losing to Oba Femi at WrestleMania 42, where he left his boots in the ring and embraced Paul Heyman following the match.

Notable names already attached to the project include Kurt Angle, Jake Hager, Grado, Ridge Holland and D’Lo Brown. WWE Says Asuka’s Future Is ‘Up In The Air’
Asuka’s WWE future remains unclear following her loss to Iyo Sky at WWE Backlash. Recent reports from Dave Meltzer claimed Asuka is “semi-retired,” although the exact meaning remains uncertain. Despite the speculation, PWInsider reported that Asuka remains aligned with WWE.
AEW Files Lawsuit Against TrillerTV Alleging Nearly $5 Million In Unpaid Revenue
AEW has filed a lawsuit against TrillerTV and its parent company, Triller Group, alleging the companies owe nearly $5 million in unpaid revenue from AEW pay-per-views and the discontinued AEW Plus service. The lawsuit claims Triller used money generated from AEW content to fund other struggling business ventures instead of paying AEW what it was contractually owed. According to the filing, AEW sent multiple payment demands before taking legal action. The situation comes amid major financial problems for Triller, with separate court filings revealing TrillerTV’s parent company is allegedly insolvent and unable to pay its debts. AEW officially moved away from TrillerTV earlier this year after launching its new MyAEW streaming platform.
