AJ Lee’s current WWE run is said to be finished for now, with reports indicating her creative plans are complete following her WrestleMania 42 loss, though there is internal hope she could return for future appearances, potentially as soon as SummerSlam.
Backstage News On When WWE SmackDown Will Return To Two Hours
WWE SmackDown is expected to return to a two-hour format in early July, according to Dave Meltzer, as part of a long-term USA Network deal that will see the show alternate between three hours from January to June and two hours from July to December going forward.
Broken Matt Hardy Makes His Return On TNA Impact
Matt Hardy has revived his Broken persona on TNA Impact, returning to assist Jeff Hardy in a win over Vincent as the Hardy Boyz continue teasing a full return to their “broken” characters.
Jim Ross has confirmed he will be at AEW Double or Nothing in Queens next month, sharing that recent medical results showed his best health numbers in years, with plans to work the show in some capacity still to be determined.
