Becky Lynch Hints Current WWE Run Could Be Her Last Ahead Of WrestleMania 42
Becky Lynch says her current WWE run could be her last, but stopped short of confirming it, admitting it is “probably” her final contract while leaving the door open. She noted she still feels at her peak, but is weighing life outside wrestling, including family priorities, as she prepares to face AJ Lee at WrestleMania 42.
WWE Contacted FBI Regarding Liv Morgan’s Stalker Incident
Liv Morgan has reflected on a frightening stalking incident from 2025, revealing a fan attempted to break into her home while she was away, spending hours outside and leaving a disturbing letter. WWE escalated the situation by contacting the FBI, leading to the individual’s arrest, with the case still ongoing. Morgan said she feels safe now as she prepares for her WrestleMania 42 match against Stephanie Vaquer.
WWE WrestleMania 42 Match Listed On Internal Schedule But Now “Likely Off” The Card
Iyo Sky vs. Asuka appears to have been removed from the WrestleMania 42 card, according to Dave Meltzer, despite being planned as recently as last week. Meltzer pointed to Sky’s clean loss to Jade Cargill, which seemed designed to elevate Cargill rather than build the Asuka match, along with Sky deleting a social media challenge she was reportedly instructed to post when the match was still scheduled. He added the bout is “probably off” but not fully confirmed, while also noting Nikki Bella’s WrestleMania status remains uncertain due to an ankle injury, with the rest of the card largely finalised.
The Rock Gives Hint About His WrestleMania 42 Status
The Rock has fuelled speculation about a potential WrestleMania 42 appearance due to his links to both main events and his presence in Las Vegas for CinemaCon. However, he appeared to downplay those rumours by stating he would be heading home for his daughter’s birthday before WrestleMania weekend, suggesting he may not be involved. Despite that, his history with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes continues to keep speculation alive.
I hope you all have a great WrestleMania weekend, and pray for us fans here in the UK who have to stay up until around 4 or 5am both nights to watch it!
