Evening Daily News Update

Good evening, doomers! The Los Angeles Dodgers snuck out of Milwaukee with a Game 1 victory, but all I can remember is the insane 8-6-2 double play… on a fly ball to deep center field. The Seattle Mariners head home with a 2-0 series lead over Toronto, who are wishing they were still lighting up the Yankees bullpen. There was football played, and Knicks X/FKA Twitter went nuts over a preseason game with all the starters sitting. Tonight, we have WWE NXT, which features a BATTLE ROYAL to determine the challenger to Jacy Jayne at Halloween Havok, Matt Cardona vs Josh Briggs, El Hijo del Dr. Wagner vs. El Hijo del Flyin Brian, and Blake Monroe vs Zaria.

If you missed yesterday’s special early start time edition of Monday Night Raw (and Seth getting squashed by Bronson Reed. Again), Kat has you covered, and Megabucks looks at another episode of Hulk Hogan’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling. Note to self: Start thinking about publishing AWA reviews on Tuesday. Seems like a good day to avoid heavy traffic (or maybe I can recap stuff people care about, but then I wouldn’t get to do the starving artist gimmick).
