Evening Daily News Update
By Garth Holmberg on 1 September 2025
Good evening, doomers. It’s Labor Day Monday, which means nothing to most of the working class, but hey, whatever excuse people need to day drink and make asses of themselves. Monday Night Raw is already in the books as the WWE is still overseas. Dom Mysterio defending the Intercontinental Championship against A.J. Styles is the biggest match on the card as we see the fallout from Clash in Paris. Kat will be by later with all the details.
It may be Labor Day, but we’re all still doing it for the content. Alex has another (Almost) 5-Stars Review with Danielson vs Okada from Forbidden Door 2023, Jabroniville’s Joshi Spotlight brings us more GAEA Japan from Winter 2001, Logan’s What the World Was Watching covers the May 8th, 1994 episode of Challenge (featuring the Bushwhackers vs Heavenly Bodies!), and I’ve got more AWA Team Challenge Series with the infamous FOOTBALL CLASH between The Trooper and Mike Enos.
Rampage Jackson Issues Statement on POS Son

CM Punk Needs Back-Up Against Seth and Becky
Who could be the woman by Punk’s side to counter Becky Lynch’s involvement? Maybe Nikki Bella can sign up and make good for that miserable Disaster Kick attempt from Clash in Paris.
YouTube Spotlight: Even More Awesome Battle Royals
WWE digs deep in the vault with their 2nd collection of Battle Royals, including pulls from the Crockett and Smoky Mountain archives, including a rarely (if ever) seen Bunkhouse Stampede.
