AEW PPV Length

Was at Dynasty and all anyone I attended with can talk about is the negativity around the length. What is the rationale of booking 4.5 hours of ppv (5.5 with preshow) on a Sunday night? Is it a trying to be a differentiation point to WWE? Does Tony want to make as most people happy to have PPV matches?
I think that it's the case, yes. I much prefer the current WWE model of less matches with stretches of video packages that I can skip through easily as far as reviewing a show goes.
