Blading as it should be done

Scott,
Aside from WM 13 Austin, what do you think it the best use of blading in terms of adding value to a match?
And counter – what's a clear example of gratuitous / unhelpful blading that ruined a match?
The original Hell in a Cell was another great one, really selling that it was a threat to life and limb and that Shawn Michaels was DONE before the fluke win.
For the opposite, I'd go with the Kerry Von Erich-Jerry Lawler finish, where you can argue that the blood was the key to the finish they had planned, but that match helped to destroy both territories for good and there was so many better and clean finishes they could have done. They already burned out all the arenas with screwjob finishes over and over with that same match and this one was the last straw.
