Hi Scott,
What performers who were more famous for being heel, but actually worked better as a face? And vice-versa?
I'm really loving Ole Anderson as a badass babyface in Georgia right now and I hope nothing ever happens where we learn he was just messing with us.
And for the opposite, I'd have to say that although Hulk Hogan drew millions as a babyface, he more intrinsically gets how to be a heel and the Hollywood run was way better from a character perspective. His epic showdown with the Knoxville stunt granny alone justified the whole thing.
