Hey Scott:
A lot of us remember the many booking mistakes that WCW made over the years, but my question is what was your favorite period as a fan for NWA/WCW? For me it is easily 1987 to 1989.
Also what would consider the Road Warriors best match ever?
Yeah 87-89 for me as well.
I guess it depends how you’re judging things but I looooooooooooved the Warriors squash of the Midnight Express to finally win the tag titles in 88. As a fan of the MX it was upsetting but watching it now it’s just a masterclass in selling from the champs and made them huge baby faces in one match.
