The Real Road to Wrestlemania

Pretty soon they will be advertising “The Road to Wrestlemania starts at the Royal Rumble!”. Then the sign pointing. Then as the Rumbles(especially mens) match goes on, it has been getting pretty obvious who is winning in most cases. They are already setting up Seth/Punk & Cody finishing his story. And outside of that, they don't dedicate much time to.

My thought is, shouldn't the fallout of Survivor Series be the REAL start of the road to wrestlemania? Weather is multiman teams(which i'm afraid seem to be in the past, but i'm nostalgic for them), or Wargames, wouldn't it be great for the 2 months between SS & Rumble they really build that the World Champs have legitimately 30 competitors gunning for them that could be threats? Ok maybe hold back some surprise entrants and some fun ones, there is still no reason they can't book me into thinking there's at least 15 men and women in each rumble who could believably win it and go on to possibly win at Mania. Last year it was Cody no doubt with just the HINT of Sami, but that was squashed once #30 came out.
