Punks winning the rumble, isn’t he?

Good morning Mr. Keith, hope all is well.
Now that Punks back, it's gotta be him for the path against Seth at Mania, right? There is an argument that Punk doesn't need to be in a title situation for a Mania match, but Its gotta be Punk/Rollins at mania, and I can't imagine who Seth could drop the belt to and have them be in a program we care about come Mania.
Now if Vince was still in charge, I would 100% see them doing Cody all over again and act like the loss against Reigns never happened. But with the new regime, i could see it as them fully admitting they f'ed up the Mania loss, and there's all kinda of ways to get Cody/Reigns II at Mania.
Orton & Cena bring star power but if there are two talents i never need to see with a world belt and Rumble win again, its those two.
The rumble is going to be filled with opponents Reigns has already beat cleanly (in most cases) and a few others (WALTER!), they have the roster but they haven't positioned many to actually be a viable Mania title match besides Cody & Punk (who's in right away by being high end polarizing).

The thing is that you can easily get to Punk v. Rollins without Punk winning the Rumble, so I don't see why you'd go that route. The obvious play is Cody winning again and challenging Roman again, but I kind of want them to pull the trigger on Gunther once and for all and shoot him to the top against Roman instead.
