Journalism Bro!

So I get Dave is kind of a big deal on this blog. But just curious how reliable his hardcore fans thinks he is at this point when it comes to his reporting? Because I just don't see how people are paying for anything he provides, besides maybe some historical data. He likes to argue with anyone on twitter about how highly regarded he is as Journalist and his mentor Frank Deford also said he was great, he occasionally writes for publications like the esteemed SI, and one time someone taught a class at a university about the WON. But is there any factual evidence he is still good at his job?
His reporting on the Elimination Chamber is the latest of example of how he is either just washed as a “Journalist”, or that he truly is bias against WWE. To say WWE only sold 7k tickets to the Perth show and that's why they were doing discount ticket promotions, to then backtrack and say he read the wrong number from wrestletix, made him look even worse. If WWE had really bombed that hard on ticket sales that would be a big story. So wouldn't you think he do some fact checking before printing that story to make sure he had the right data? Doesnt he owe it to his subscribers to i don't know, fact check stuff? It took SRS and wrestletix minutes prove it was not only false, but they had actually sold over 30k tickets. And now today it's reported they have sold over 45k tickets. If this was AEW no way he releases something like that without tripling checking he had the right info. How can he constantly keep making “mistakes” like this and still be taken seriously. And how dumb are fans for believing any report that says reported by WON?
The guy can't even make an argument without using his best friend as an example to prove his case. How many best friends does Dave have, he has used that line like 10 times talking about different people. Remember when he said no one knows who bad bunny is because his kids didnt know BB. Or Miz the can't be a real wrestling fan cause he never been to a house show as a kid, and rode his back 10 miles each way to get there! This is why the what Dave said twitter Account is amazing, because he just used what Dave actually says against him to make him look like a moron. It's actually hilarious. So I guess if you are paying him to laugh then it's money well spent.
I don't feel like you have any real argument here as much as you're just listing off a bunch of grievances against Dave.
