Someone asked what the most common first names in wrestling are, and I'm having a particularly lazy Sunday morning, so I hit up Cagematch to find out. I differentiated informal and formal variations (“Steve” isn't “Steven”), but kept things that are phonetically the same if Howard Finkel is announcing them but are spelled differently (“Stephen” IS “Steven”) lumped together.
