Is RUSH worth the effort?

It takes about 10 shots from a Bio Force Gun to keep him down for a two count, and even when he does do a job he’s up at 3.1 like a Road Warrior
Obviously he can work, but he seems pretty high maintenance and I’m not sure he’s bringing THAT much to AEW in order justify them having to dance around his booking like this in order to get him to look at the lights when required
Am I being overly harsh?
I dunno, I feel like there's some kind of political thing going on with RUSH where Tony has to acquiesce in order to keep other people happy, but yeah, he's good within his own specific style but I don't know that he's worth the trouble. Maybe AEW gets a discount on all the other members of the family if they keep RUSH happy?
