The Bright Side

All of these people are talking about how Tony Khan's handling of the CM Punk tenure had terrible results now that he's debuted for WWE, but let's not forget what Tony gained since Punk was fired.
1. No longer has to take time out of his day on Sunday listening to fans and network brass telling him how great Collision was on Saturday night.
2. Can give the 30 minutes on ppvs that were previously allotted to Punk matches to more deserving wrestlers like Jay Lethal, Nick Wayne and Sky Blue.
3. Injuries have decreased by 2.4%.
4. No more emails from Matt's wife complaining how overworked she is from handling all the CM Punk merchandise.
5. Gets to exchange pleasantries with Colt Cabana once a week.
Honestly, when you look at the big picture, its hard to compare all the money and interest that Punk brought to the product with all the benefits Tony has received since his firing.
You’re kind of stepping on my gig here, friend.
