1984 WWF Entry Order

Scott,
I am immensely enjoying the 1984 reviews.
How important was the order of wrestlers entering the WWF in regards to the WWF's business exploding nationally? Example: In a scenario where Piper gets his Starrcade '83 payoff and decides to go on a 6 month coke binge in Portland or Southeastern while Jim Crockett gives Greg Valentine points in certain cities to retain his services how would Vince have pivoted?
Ted DiBiase and Jake Roberts departing Georgia for the WWF? Kevin Sullivan from Florida as an evil mouthpiece?
Separately: If Jimmy Hart is brought in from Memphis as heel manager #1 prior to Bobby Heenan leaving the AWA does that shift the path of Hulkamania from late '84-'87?
I believe Vince still wins because he builds an infrastructure and exploits the additional methods of monetizing the business, but does it still get to the same peak?
Ultimately Vince and Hulk were the only determining factors. Everyone else was “nice to have” but wouldn’t have swayed the war and could have been easily replaced.
