Ultimate Warrior question (drink!)

I know you're sick of this (whether its 'Invasion level sick' is another question).

Isn't a possible solution to the whole 'no heels for Warrior after WMVI' to do the whole 'Top face has a partner / friend who turns on him' scenario?'

I mean, (off the top of my head, don't quote me) you've got Big Boss Man, Jim Duggan, Dusty Rhodes, Beefcake….

I know these guys are arguably midcarders but 1-2 months before the turn can be used to build them up tagging with the champ, surely?

The problem would be that Warrior was such a loner that it’s not believable anyone would team up with him in the first place. And again, who’s even around in 1990 to fill that role? I suppose you could do it with Piper but good luck getting anyone to boo him.
