Judgement Day

Like you I'm not an avid follower of the current product but keep up to date, and the one blindingly obvious thing of note is that Judgment Day are everywhere.
But I see very little opinion on them either way positive or negative which is unusual. They are over multiple slots on multiple shows which usually elicits some response.
Like I say I know you don't keenly follow so it's more for the Blog but where does everyone stand on Judgement Day? Are they going to be a memorable faction in years to come when people discuss the best factions, or have they just fallen lucky that there isn't much else going on?
They're a totally fine midcard act with a hot pairing in Rhea and Dom. Not everyone has to be the nWo.
