Will Ospreay to NXT?

So apparently one plan for signing him is to be the face of NXT Europe. Do you get this at all?? NXT is clearly the developmental brand of WWE after Vince got his hands on it. Any sub brand of that is clearly going to be looked at as developmental. I can understand at one time some big name talent was signed to NXT. However clearly this is a different brand after the 2.0 experiment.
Seriously, if you're going to sign the biggest talent in Europe and want it to be treated like a major thing…Why not just call it WWE Europe??
I haven't actually heard that particular rumor, but Ospreay is gonna make BANK no matter what decision he makes.
