Money in the Bank jumping the shark

Hey Scott,
Was there a specific time / angle when you feel that the 'Money in the Bank' concept lost its lustre? Jack Swagger? Making it the name of a PPV? Something else?
Swagger was a big one. Damien Sandow winning it and then losing to Cena like a complete geek was another one. Really it peaked with the Ziggler cash-in and hasn't felt like anything creative since then. The crazy one is the Women's version, which barely ever escapes the damn PPV before someone cashes in.
