My opinion it seems like this whole “finish the story” storyline was a year long plan which would culminate with Cody beating Roman at WM 40. Now The Rock comes out and says he's open to a match at WM 40. So Scott do you think we are getting Roman vs Cody 2 or will the writers strike prevent Cody from finishing the story?
If Rock is available and can get insurance to do the match, you go with the Rock. Arguments about “the story” aside, Rock just popped a gigantic rating for appearing without being advertised. That's the match you go with.
