Star ratings

Hey Scott:
When you do star ratings for matches, how much of it is determined by the in ring action? What else do you involve regarding the rest of the rating? Just a curiosity for me. Thanks.
I carefully calculate the ratio of moves to resting, graded on a curve based on whether it's TV or PPV, adding or subtracting for blood and ring psychology as necessary, and then carefully assign a rating that will annoy the maximum amount of people on the blog.
