Least popular guy in the history of the business

I finished Superstar Billy Graham's book earlier this week. Like seemingly everyone, he had nothing nice to say about Ole Anderson and Mil Mascaras. Are they the two least popular guys of all time? Does anyone else fit the bill? Thanks.
Ole is not only a miserable human being, he also cost himself what probably would have been a lifetime job with Vince because he couldn't function as a normal person for 5 seconds at exactly the wrong time. Also going back a bit but there's a reason that everyone in Memphis bailed on the Gulas promotion and went with Jerry Jarrett instead.
