The Wrestling Bar

So since the Network debuted, i've had this fantasy, as an adult, that if I won the right amount Lottery, I would open a neighborhood bar in a style I've never come across or heard of before: A Bar dedicated to wrestling. Live tv events as shown, ppvs broadcasted across multiple tvs. “This day in History” themed so some random WCW Saturday Night is on one of the tvs, another tv showing NJPW World live, etc. etc etc. The possibilities and combinations are endless.
Now having said that, and because I've always wondered why i've never heard of that before, what legal trouble can WWE, AEW, NJPW come at me with? Is there a reason I have not heard of one bar here in Buffalo showing Wrestlemania?
Seriously? Never seen this?
