There's a lot of competition, but do you have a default pick for 'funniest Rock promo'?
I have to go with him completely owning the entire city of Toronto. “He said Toronto! Yay! That's where
we live!”
Always my go-to. I also appreciated him torturing Coachman at every opportunity, which actually set up a long term payoff with the Eugene promo years later.
