Vince’s Ultimate Endgame?

So is this something Vince can actually do with no opposition? This seems like the heel move to end all heel moves.
It’s been explained to me that he can’t come back without approval of the board of directors, but if they won’t capitulate then as majority shareholder he can just dissolve the board and do it anyway. This has further been explained to me as a potentially catastrophic move that would destroy the value of the company. But certainly something that could happen. Maybe Elon would buy it and add it to his collection?
