Muta in WWF / WWE

How did Vince not see dollar signs with Muta? The different colored mists, the evil foreigner, sweet entrance, his look & move set, just the entire package. I’m thinking that small window where Vince branched out with the NwA/Cornette & ECW. Would Cornette bringing in Muta with Yoko have worked?Yoko & Muta as tag champs is kinda sweet. Why no Muta for Vince?
And apologies if I’m ignorant to this answer but why no Nakamura v Muta in WWE? Why NOAH?
You really think Vince McMahon would have looked at Muta and seen anything but a funny little Japanese guy? Look at what happened to Hakushi in 1995 and be glad Muta stayed in Japan.
