Lightning in a bottle promos

Can you think of a time someone who was a mediocre promo managed, for once in their life, to put everything together and deliver the promo of their life?

My example would be Ricky Steamboat right before his WM III match with Savage. I can still hear it in my head ‘I *will* come away with the championship belt – and see new horizons!’
