Bret/Shawn

There's an article on The Ringer called The Great Divide: How Montreal Created the Cult of Bret and Shawn. Quote: “You're either a Bret person or a Shawn person, but almost never both.” Well, they are two of my five all-time favorite wrestlers, so I guess that makes me both, and I bet a lot of people feel the same way. What do you think?
The problem is that Shawn is functionally two different people. And while 2002-2010 Shawn is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, pre-injury Shawn was a drug-addled douchebag who I never wanted to see again after Montreal. So it's kind of a wash.
