Jeff Jarrett showing up in AEW had a very late WCW vibe to it. It's one thing if it was like quick run or something, but Tony gave that man a backstage job. We all been begging for Tony to shed some responsibilities and maybe let someone else book for a bit, did we finally get what we asked for? In a year full of terrible decisions by Tony did he finally make the worst one? How long until JJ makes himself champion and AEW is doing shows in minor league baseball parks? None of this seems good. Are we ready to say AEW dead by Black Friday?
I’m fine with Jarrett as a producer or whatever he’s doing. I just don’t want him as a TV personality.
