Worst Kind of Heel

This has been on my mind since I've mentioned this in the Dynamite discussions earlier today. Last night, Britt Baker cut a heel promo, burying Thunder Rosa for being injured by pointing out she broke her wrist and worked through it for most of her title reign, on top of having to go to work in the morning for her dental practice. Isn't the point of a strong heel to be someone who is clearly full of crap, but is so convinced they are right, that they believe it to be the truth even when the audience knows otherwise? Since when did the rules change where the heels tell the truth, and make the babyfaces look like wimps?
Since the feud is apparently based on mean girl crap backstage instead of money drawing angles.
