From your response to the contract tampering email, I see the “straw grasping” has officially begun from Team Tony. This is all you got now to paint WWE as the out of touch, lame company determined to destroy the wrestling business? Contract tampering because maybe a text was exchanged? Didn't Adam Cole hang out with Tony while under contract to WWE? What did they talk about…the United States pulling the troops out of Afghanistan?
90% of the appeal of AEW was the fact that it was the anti-WWE. We can say the words “belts” and “wrestling”! We have blood and guts hardcore action! We let our wrestlers have creative freedom! You won't see any shaky cams on our show! By the way, their brilliant “blood and guts” obsession resulted in a meth addict jailbird headlining an episode of their flagship show. That could have possibly been one of the few times a pro wrestler headlined a wrestling show on national television on a Wednesday and then was back to blowing guys for drugs by the weekend. Brilliant, revolutionary stuff there J-Dix. You really stuck it to Vince on that one.
A year from now when we start experiencing the full effects of Vince being gone, WWE is going to be doing everything AEW has done but better. Crazy Eyes Tony and his team know this and things are already crumbling backstage in hilarious fashion. You're going to be at a point where everyone wants to be in WWE. If you're in the wrestling business, would you want to headline WrestleMania in Triple H's WWE or headline Double Or Nothing? Take a guess what MJF's answer would be for that one.
