Ken Shamrock?

Hey Scott,
Why did Ken Shamrock get completely buried?
He was a huge part of the Attitude Era. Then one minute, I guess he wanted to do MMA again and Vince/HHH were like, neat, goodbye forever.
He could've been world champ if he stuck around and definitely would've been huge once Angle/Radicals era started.
Now, not only is he erased from history but even fans don't seem to care.
Huh?
There was a bit more to it than that. JR goes into the deets in his most recent book, but essentially Shamrock turned into a mega-asshole at the end of his run and started skipping house shows without explanation, to the point where Jim had to fire him. The relationship with WWE did not end well.
