Does Visionary Tony offer all of his employees health insurance or are they also considered independent contractors?
They're independent contractors, because they can actually work independent dates when they're not booked by AEW, which is the whole definition of “independent contractors”. AEW does offer insurance to actual employees of the promotion, however.
