Classic Wrestling Stories

By Scott Keith on 16th July 2022

Howdy, Scott.

Much like any other fan, we've all heard the classic wrestling stories over the years that we eventually take as gospel after a certain amount of time, but I'm curious if any of the following were ever proven (or as proven as they can possibly be) to be truth or bupkis.

1) Undertaker-Michaels “fist-taping” story at WM14

2) Mike Tyson vs. Stone Cold being the original plan at W14

3) Brock Lesnar throwing the belt at Vince backstage after the disastrous WM34 match

4) Whatever the hell Bash at the Beach 2000 was
I think both Undertaker and Shawn have confirmed #1, but Shawn was so wasted at that time that even he admits his memories can't be taken seriously. Never really heard about #2. Don't know about #3. Not even sure there was a show called “Bash at the Beach 2000” and I'm pretty sure Hogan's legal team would sue us for even discussing it.
