Hardcore Justice 2010

I'm watching TNA Hardcore Justice 2010 (I like it, sue me!). They weren't allowed to say the initials ECW, even though they did slip up a few times, but were the fans allowed to wear ECW t shirts?
I ask because I've noticed a lad in the crowd wearing the “Of course you know this means war” shirt, but he has it on backwards. Could he have been told to do that?
I wasn't part of TNA's production team at that point, sorry.
