Doesn't he own enough of the class b stock that he can't really be voted out? Or am I way off? If he was able to do that is it a realistic option to just buy all of the stock back and take it private?
Correct, he can't be voted out. However if the sponsors and TV executives exert enough pressure on him by threatening to kill his precious TV deals over his behavior, he can voluntarily step down, and probably should. Just depends how stubborn Vince wants to be about it, I guess.
