Zero tolerance

Re: Austin/HHH and the zero tolerance stip leading to No Way Out 2001, are you surprised this hasn't been used more frequently in buildup for personal, feud-ending matches since then?

Obviously it couldn't be overused as it limits how you can promote the match, but it seemed to be pretty effective for Austin/HHH and built up the PPV encounter as something special.

AEW has used it a couple of times to pretty good effect as well. Notably for MJF.
