Stephanie as Temporary CEO?

Hey Scott, hope you're doing well.
Obviously with the investigation going on against him, Vince has reportedly stepped down as CEO and Chairman until he can return should the investigation go in his favor. However, Stephanie is now in that position temporarily.
Do you buy the fact that Vince stepped down? Or is this just a reenactment of his steroid trial where he put Linda in the position of President of WWF but that was just merely a title and he was still running the damn place?
His daughter is CEO and his lackey is head of Talent Relations. You do the math.
